LollaAR Día 1 - #MateAndLolla

El primer día fue para mi, el dia de descubrimientos. Ya que en mi lista de cosas para ver solo estaba The 1975, asi que durante el resto del día estuve descubriendo nuevas bandas y recorriendo bastante del festival. Como siempre, en este post van a ver un par de fotitos de los artistas que pude ver, y además un par de opiniones/reseñas. Spoiler: Las fotos del show de The 1975 no tienen la mejor calidad porque dejé la cámara y todo dentro de la mochila y se la dejé a mi amiga, porque quería disfrutar el show al máximo.
To me, day one was 'Discovering new music' day, because the only thing in my list was The 1975, so the rest of the day I was just discovering new bands and walking around the festival. As usual, in this post you'll see some pictures of the shows we got to see, and some little reviews. Spoiler: Pictures from the 1975's show are low quality because I took them on my phone, since I left everything in my bag and gave it to my friend so I could jump and enjoy the show at its fullest.

El primer show del dia para nosotras fue Glass Animals, banda que no conocía, y que sonó bastante bien! En lo personal quizás no es una banda que me haya impresionado, pero voy a investigarlos y testear el resto de su música. Algo super importante y lo que más me llamó la atención es LA PIÑA. Si, tenían una piña en el escenario (Por su canción Pork Soda que dice 'Pineapples are in my head' gracias a mi amiga Bangie por el dato) y después la tiraron al público. Espero que la persona que la atrapó no haya sufrido daños jajajaOur first show of the day was Glass Animals, never heard any of their songs before the show but it really sounded good! It might not be my cup of tea, but I'll be trying to listen to their songs once again to get a full opinion. Something really important and what caught my eye the most was A PINEAPPLE. They had a pineapple on stage! (later on I found out it was because of their song Pork Soda, which says 'Pineapples are in my head', thanks to my friend Bangie for the data) said pineapple was later thrown to the fans and I really hope nobody got hurt because of that!

Después nos tocó The 1975. ¿Que decir? Es una de mis bandas favoritas, y fui muy feliz viendolos en vivo, el show fue excelente, la gente -dentro de lo que yo viví- estuvo bastante tranquila y se disfrutó mucho. ¡Quiero verlos de nuevo! Incluyó entre las imágenes algunas de las boobies de George para ustedes que seguramente las van a disfrutar.Then, the 1975 happened. I still can't believe it. And still have no words, they're one of my fave bands and I was extremely happy to see them live. The show was excellent and the people was really chilled -at least in my experience- I really wanna see them again live. I'm including some pictures of George's boobs for you because i'm sure some of you will enjoy that.

Después de superar el Shock de The 1975, nos fuimos a ver a Tove Lo, quien también mostró las Boobies según nos enteramos después. A todo esto las imágenes de su show salieron horrendas y solo rescaté estas dos. Nos quedamos solo un ratito y lo poco que ví estuvo muy bueno!After recovering from the 1975's show, we went to see Tove Lo, who also got her boobies out but there's no picture of that, sadly. Some of the pictures I got to take in 15 minutes that we saw were really crap, these two are the ones I could save. Those 15 minutes we saw were amazing, really liked her songs!


Despuès de esos 15 minutos que estuvimos en Tove Lo, nos retiramos al Main Stage 2 a ver a The XX, un show que yo esperaba con muchas ganas ya que lo -muy- poco que escuchè de ellos me gustò mucho. Y no decepcionò. En mi opinión su show fue uno de los mejores del Dia 1. Definitivamente quiero seguir investigando màs de su música.
We just saw 15 minutes because the XX's show was happening on Main Stage 2, and I was looking forward to see them since I've heard a little -too little- of their music and they sound amazing. In fact, this might be one of the best shows of the day. I LOVED it and I'm sure I'll be checking more of their stuff.

Despuès de The XX nos dedicamos a hacer filas para comer, pero pude ver un poquito del show de Metallica y, honestamente, me encanto. otro excelente show del dìa. Se escuchò muy bien y el público se re puso, mi niña interior se sintió muy feliz, ya que crecí escuchando Metallica gracias a mi hermano mayor. Además durante el dia pude ver pequeños momentos de Cage The Elephant y Rancid, y me quedè con ganas de acercarme al Kidzapalooza para ver a los Heavysaurios (si no los conocen, no se que estan haciendo que no los buscaron ya.)
¡En fin! Nos quedamos a ver a The Chainsmokers, en lo personal no son mi estilo y solo conozco dos canciones de ellos, pero la gente lo disfrutò muchisimo y yo no pude sacar fotos.
After The XX we went on a quest to find a short queue to eat (literally, we found the shortest one and ate there, it was mexican!) but later on I find a small chance to see Metallica's Show and I loved it. Another amazing show for day one. My inner child was really happy because I grew up listening to them thanks to my big brother. Also, during the day I got the chance to see a bit of Cage the Elephant and Rancid, and honestly I was looking forward to see the Heavysaurios show but we couldn't make it. (If you don't know them go and search them you're missing big time!) 
Anyways! We stayed to see The Chainsmokers, They're not my cup of tea either, and I barely know two of their songs but people seemed to enjoy them a lot and it was kind of hard to take pics.
