Films (& Series) for Halloween night!

Halloween is around the corner now! And even if it's monday this year, who says you can't actually have a Horror films marathon? Or a Pre-halloween party filled with movies and stuff that'll make you crap your pants? Yes, yes you can.
I wasn't a horror fan honestly, but once I've realized that the fear factor is mostly in what you're listening, I kind of stopped being afraid and started enjoying the genre. (That, and the fact that now horror films are not that scary) With that in mind I've decided to make a small list with some of the films I recommend for the season.  

 ¡Se acerca Halloween! Y aunque sea lunes este año, nadie nos puede sacar el gusto de hacer un maraton de peliculas de terror - o Quizás hasta una fiesta pre-halloween el fin de semana, llena de películas y muchas cosas que te hagan creer que te vas a hacer encima! Si, si podemos.
Yo no era tan fan del género, honestamente. Pero una vez que me di cuenta que el factor más importante en las películas es básicamente el sonido (Eso, y el hecho de que ahora las películas no suelen ser taaaan aterradoras) me hicieron empezar a disfrutarlo bastante. Con esto en mente decidí hacerles una pequeña lista de films que creo les pueden gustar mucho.

The Conjuring (1 & 2).

The first Conjuring movie is probably one of my favourite films, it's a good one. Even if it is quite cliche, it's really scary. I feel like in this era of absolutely boring horror films this is one of those that are really good. Also, the second one might not be as scary as the first one, but it is still a really good film. These are the ones I highly recommend to everyone starting in this genre, or maybe to those who get scared by anything and need something to scream their lungs out. Yeah, these are the ones.La primera película de El Conjuro es probablemente una de mis favoritas del genero, es muy buena. Aún si tiene bastantes clichés siento que esta muy bien hecha. En esta era de películas bastante malas hay que saber valorar las que están bien hechas! La segunda entrega de la franquicia puede no ser tan buena como la primera pero aún asi, me parece que esta bastante bien lograda y son las primeras que se me vienen a la mente para recomendarles a ustedes, y a quienes quizas estan empezando en el genero.... O quizás a quienes se asustan de la nada. Estas son las mejores para ustedes ;)

I've already recommended this one in this post, but I can't stop saying how good this was. It's so different to the classic "family moves to a haunted house" And honestly, you never know what's going to happen next so it really makes you crap your pants. If you haven't seen it, please do give it a go! You can thank me later ;)Ya les conté de esta película en este post, pero no puedo dejar de mencionarla acá, porque es buenísima. Es absolutamente diferente al típico "Familia se muda a casa embrujada" y honestamente, nunca sabes que es lo que va a pasar después asi que es una de esas que te hacen estar bastante ansioso durante toda la película. Si no la vieron, veanla!! Después me lo agradecen (?)

The Woman in Black.

If I'm being honest with you, this one isn't that scary, but it does have a big amount of scary music. I believe that's the main scary thing, otherwise it's a good film but not good enough to give you the chills or so. But hey! There's a Dan Radcliffe doing something scary, give it a chance.
Si les soy honesta, esta película no es tan terrorífica, pero tiene mucho del factor musica de miedo. Creo que en este film tiene mucho de eso, es una buena película peeeero no es lo suficientemente buena como para dejarte con la sensación de que no vas a dormir en toda la noche. Trabaja Dan Radcliffe, asi que quizas tengan ganas de darle una oportunidad.

American Horror Story: My Roanoke Nightmare.

As I'm writing this, we're on the sixth episode and it's going great! I really believe this season is even better than the first one in a scary scale. It's a good one to pick if you wanna binge watch it. And of course, If you haven't seen the previous seasons, you don't have to. This is a good one.
Mientras escribo esto, estamos en el sexto episodio y esta siendo bastante buena! Creo que esta temporada es la mejorcita hasta ahora, mejor que la primera en una escala de miedo. Si tienen ganas de mirarse todos los episodios juntos, es bastante interesante. Y lo bueno es que no hace falta que vean las temporadas anteriores para entender esta.

The Exorcist (series) Which has started recently but it looks quite good! - The Purge, I really wanna watch the three films, everyone says it's a really good franchise so let's see how it goes - Friend Request, that doesn't look that scary but some trailers were good! - And Crimson Peak, because we all need a bit of Tom Hiddleston in our lives.
The Exorcist, que es la serie que salio hace bastante poco pero tiene muy buena pinta - The Purge, que honestamente me gustaria ver las tres películas juntas porque escuche muy buenas reseñas - Friend Request que no parece ser taaan buena pero los trailers pintan bastante buenos, y Crimson Peak, que no se si es buena, pero todos necesitamos un poco de Tom Hiddleston en nuestras vidas.
